Commercial Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, he has twenty-two years of experience in various agri-food sectors, including nuts and dehydrated fruits, wine, concentrated musts, juices and fresh fruit. He was Planning and Development Manager of Empresas Lourdes and Viña Morandé, CFO at Viña Haras de Pirque, CEO at Sociedad Agrícola La Rosa Sofruco, Board Director of Viña La Rosa, CEO at Exportadora Huertos del Valle, among other experiences. Board Director of the Chilean Walnut Commission and then of ChileNut, member of ChilePrunes, Wines of Chile and the Committee of Avocados of Chile, he also has more than fifteen years of union experience in agribusiness.
Catalina Valdés Lutz

CREATIVITY & DESIGN
Graphic Designer with more than 20 years in the advertising business, working in international agencies such as Leo Burnett and Publicis. With Visual Design studies at the FYT in New York and specializations from Shopper Mkt in Mexico. She has developed strategies in advertising and design communications for brands such as Falabella, Scotiabank, Artel, Librería Nacional, Nestlé, Loreal, Banco de Chile, Fundación Viento Sur, The Candyland, Abbot, among others. She has extensive experience in different areas of design such as Point of Sale, Shopper MKT, RRSS, Digital, Editorial, Corporate Image and Showcase, in which it has won the Grand Prize of the Transbank Contest with its National client for 2 consecutive years.
Bernardita Valdés Lutz

LEGAL AREA
Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Magister in Crime Sciences at University College London (UCL), Diploma in Family and Child Law, with more than 10 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. She worked as an advisor to the Legal Division of the Ministry of Interior, was an associate lawyer in prestigious law firms and is currently a partner in the Valdes & Asociados Abogados law firm dedicated to litigation. Additionally, she is part of the research team of the Center for Justice & Society Studies of the Faculty of Sociology of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
